How it works
- Choose Your Share – Quarter, half, or whole.
- Reserve With a Deposit – We’ll send a simple cut-sheet so you can pick steak thickness, roast sizes, and more.
- Harvest & Dry-Age – We humanely harvest on-farm, then dry-age the carcass 10–14 days for tenderness and depth of flavor.
- Custom Cut & Pack – Your beef is hand-cut, labeled, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen.
- Pick Up – Swing by our processing and packaging facility.
